New Recruitment Agency "Bay Group" Launches in Galway

New Recruitment Agency Bay Group is today announcing its launch in Galway. Based in the Galway Mayo Institute of Technology, Bay Group has been launched to cater for the continuing growth in the employment sector in the West of Ireland.

The company is headed up by Athenry native and NUIG graduate Jacinta Conlon. Jacinta previously held the position of Commercial Director at a leading Dublin Recruitment Company.  She has also held senior positions at a number of international technology companies in both Dublin and London.

Market feedback in the West of Ireland has confirmed that as local recruitment agencies become increasingly overwhelmed with the demands of a rapidly growing market, so clients are becoming inundated with candidates that have not been thoroughly vetted and simply do not meet the clients" requirements.
